Hi. I'm Kim

(and that's my grand dog, Theo)

I love Jesus.  I love my son, and I’m walking this path as a Christian parent of an LGBTQ+ child with my family. Together, we can walk this road with both truth and tenderness.

  • We’ve navigated imperfectly.
  • We’ve done some things well.
  • We’ve had joys and pains, misunderstandings and growth.

We have hurts. Our children do too.

Everyone’s carrying some collateral damage.

Our family has learned that every LGBTQ+ child carries hidden wounds — and every parent carries fear they rarely say out loud. I’m here to help Christian parents navigate those fears with biblical wisdom, compassion, and truth.

If you feel unsure, overwhelmed, protective, heartbroken, deeply confused, or totally alone… you’re in the right place.
I know what it feels like to love your LGBTQ+ child fiercely while trying to hold onto your faith with both hands.

Let's start with a conversation.

I'm glad you're here.

I wish I could sit across from you with a warm cup of coffee and look you in the eyes to say: You’re not a bad parent. God isn’t disappointed in you. And you’re not alone in your LGBTQ+ journey.

We may never fully grasp the courage it took for our LGBTQ+ children to reveal their most vulnerable part of their lives — but we can learn to respond with faith, emotional resilience, and Christlike love.

The Lord will stretch us and teach us to walk this journey with grace. (Spoiler alert, we need a boatload of the stuff.)

If you’re afraid of “doing it wrong,” questioning your reactions, or worried about honoring God while honoring your child—you’re not failing. You’re growing.

Every contribution means we can keep doing the work that matters.  Your gift will help another parent who cannot afford the help they need. We also provide practical needs to LGBTQ+ individuals who might not have anyone else in their corner.  No child should be homeless or hungry.

Your generosity means we can:
✓ Continue our support groups for parents learning to love unconditionally
✓ Provide resources for LGBTQ+ families navigating complex circumstances
✓ Offer direct support to LGBTQ+ people in under-resourced communities who need a helping hand

These aren't just programs. These are lives. Real humans, who need to know they are seen, valued, and loved, no matter what.
